For the 2007-2008 school year the following districts are to be converted in the order as shown:
1 - Tidehaven ISD
2 - Van Vleck ISD
3 - Industrial ISD
4 - East Bernard ISD
5 - Needville ISD
6 - Weimar ISD
7 - Columbus ISD
8 - Sweet Home ISD
