In order to provide efficient and effective services to schools, the Region III Education Service Center received ISO 9001:2000 certification in November, 2004.

Region III Education Service Center is committed to improving the performance of all learners through a continuous improvement process supported by ISO 9001:2000 standards that ensures effectiveness and efficiency in meeting customer requirements.
 
 
Renewal of ISO Certification Announcement

Region III Education Service Center is proud to announce it has been re-certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) as an ISO 9001:2000 compliant organization.

The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2000 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of the Region III Education Service Center ensure consistent quality in the services and work product we provide our clients.

With this certification, our clients can be confident that the Education Service Center is dedicated to maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal – delivery of products and services that meet our client’s quality requirements.

Region III Education Service Center is certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 for the following activities: Design and Provision of Training and Professional Development; Technical Assistance; Professional and Paraprofessional Certification; and Direct Services in Education.

We believe that our decision to become ISO 9001 certified was a proactive one that not only encourages continued improvement, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing quality services to all our clients.
