Students with Low Incidence Disabilities include those students who have Significant Cognitive Disabilities, Medically Fragile issues, deaf/Hard-of-hearing issues and/or Deafblindness.   Services are also provided for students who fall on the Autism Spectrum.  This Education Specialist can provide staff development and technical assistance to Region 3 districts.  Programming for these disabilities focuses on curriculum design and implementation of instructional strategies.
