The Regional Purchasing Cooperative uses various competitive methods as provided under Texas Education Code Section 44.031 Subchapter B to ensure fair competition among vendors and best value for the school districts.
However, a School District/Education Service Center may purchase an item that is available from only one source. We need a Sole Source Affidavit from the Vendor certifying that Vendor is a sole source for that item.
