Membership in the Regional Purchasing Cooperative is open to all Independent School Districts, Charter School Districts, and other Governmental and Non-Profit organizations.
To become a member of Region III Regional Purchasing Cooperative, the organizations governing board must adopt a Board Resolution authorizing participation along with a signed Interlocal Agreement. Please click on the links below to access Board Resolution and Interlocal Agreement:

If your entity does not already have a membership with BuyBoard, a Board Resolution and Interlocal Agreement are required to become a member of BuyBoard. To obtain greater access to other vendors and additional products and services, RPC has also partnered with The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN). To participate in this purchasing program, your organizations governing board must approve a Board Resolution and execute an Interlocal Agreement.
