If you don't see a vendor you would like to have participate in the purchasing program, please direct them to the vendors web site and add their name in the Vendor Registration File to be notified of future bid requests.

Or you can fill out the short Vendor Referral Form and email or fax the form to the attention of the Purchaser Accountant and have the vendor added to the bid notification vendor file.

Also, the Education Service Center routinely evaluates bid categories and the feasibility of requesting bids on other items and categories that may be beneficial to program members. Please notify the Purchaser Accountant of any recommendations you may have in regards to other products and services.
