Mission
To provide leadership to Regional ESCs in building the capacity to meet the needs of students who are severely cognitively disabled, medically fragile, and/or deafblind.

Goals

•to provide leadership support for a collaborative network of stakeholders
•to facilitate professional development to meet statewide needs
•to evaluate the effectiveness of all statewide activities, services and technical assistance
