Services are delivered where the family requests:

•           Home
•           Day Care
•           Wherever the child lives, learns, or plays

Cost Share:

         Many services are free of charge.  However, families will be charged on a sliding fee scale for some ECI services.  No child and family will be turned away because of an inability to pay. 

In addition, ECI will bill Medicaid and CHIP.  We also bill private insurance with the families' consent.
