School districts must report an 011 "Shared Service Arrangement" record in their Fall and Mid-Year PEIMS submission for each S.S.A. in which they participate. Region 3 acts as a fiscal agent for a number of S.S.A.'s within the region. To check If your district participates in an S.S.A. with region III please download the SSAs for 2008-200909 for review.
