Welcome

  • Welcome to Region 3 ESC!  The Board of Directors and ESC Staff recognize your crucial role in serving the students and families of our communities.  We are pleased to be a partner in meeting your identified needs.

We work very diligently to be your “preferred and most trusted provider” for educational services and products.  As an education service center, we focus on our middle name, service.  Serving and supporting educators and families in helping students succeed is at the heart of everything that we do.  We pride ourselves on being responsive to the needs of educators and the communities that we serve. Our History

Region 3 Education Service Center was established by the Texas Legislature in 1967, along with nineteen other regional education service centers, to provide services to school districts. The twenty regional ESCs are service organizations, not regulatory, and participation by schools in services of the Center is voluntary.

    About Region 3
