Title I, Part C of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) provides federal funding to support the unique educational needs of migratory children and youth. The program helps ensure that these students have equal access to high-quality education, coordinated services, and opportunities to meet the same challenging state academic standards as all children.
