Archiving your social media accounts is not only a good idea, it is required by law. In the case of a public information request, you must be able to provide the information in a timely manner. R3 has partnered with PageFreezer to provide this service for our districts.

  • Retrieval of information upon request
  • Retrieval support in the case of a public records request

Monthly Archiving Charge:

Each Social Media Account - $20/month

9+ accounts - Call for pricing

Additional Fees:

Enrollment Implementation/Setup (One Time Fee) (R3 Manages) - $25

Support in case of Public Records Request - R3 hourly/daily rate, whichever is less

Enrollment Implementation/Setup (One Time Fee) (District Manages) - $250
